Shipping and delivery policy

Shipping and local delivery policy:


  • Order processing time ranges from 1-2 business days.
  • Shipping and delivery time for the order ranges between 7-14 working days within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • Delivery may take up to 30 business days (if the product is not in the pre-order stage). After this period, the customer has the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund, provided that the delay is not due to the customer entering an incorrect address or the customer failing to collect the order from the delivery person.
  • However, if the order is under the "pre-booking" or "pre-order" system, the delivery period may reach up to 120 working days.
  • If the customer does not receive the item, a return fee will be charged along with delivery (shipping fee twice).
  • If the customer receives the product but wishes to return it for personal reasons, the customer will only bear the return shipping cost.
  • If you are located in certain areas or villages, the shipping company may require you to reach a specific point to pick up your orders.

International Shipping and Delivery Policy:

At DICE, we have three methods for international shipping:


Method 1 ( for Kuwait and Bahrain only ):

This involves shipping the order via a land shipping company (the option is available on the order page before payment). This method has several advantages:

  1. Very low international shipping costs
  2. The customer can purchase any product he wants (including sharp swords).
  3. The store will provide all necessary licenses and documents on our behalf to the client.
  4. We guarantee product delivery to our customers . If products fail to reach the customer due to lack of permits or rejection of our submitted documents and invoices, we will refund all costs paid. This guarantee does not cover situations where the customer is not serious about the order, such as failing to respond to the shipping company representative or providing incorrect information (name, mobile number, location, etc.).
  5. Regarding Bahrain, the full shipping cost will be paid at the time of order, and the customer will not be asked to pay any additional amount upon delivery within Bahrain.
  6. Regarding Kuwait, a small fee (based on weight) will be charged for domestic shipping within Saudi Arabia at the time of order. The shipping company will then require the customer to pay the international delivery fee upon receiving the product in Kuwait (a fixed fee of 25 Kuwaiti Dinars per order, except for large quantities and sizes; the customer must contact us privately before completing the order). This is to avoid additional charges due to currency exchange.


The second method:

This involves the customer personally receiving their order from within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Dammam or shipping it to an area within Saudi Arabia) and personally entering the product. This method has two advantages:

  1. There are no international shipping costs.
  2. The customer can purchase any product he wants (including sharp swords).


The third method:

This involves shipping the order from within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the customer's country.


  • Order processing time ranges from 1 to 4 business days.
  • The shipping and delivery time for the order ranges between 7-30 working days, depending on the customer's country.
  • Shipments sent outside the Kingdom are subject to import duties, value-added tax, taxes, and customs clearance fees in the destination country.
  • To reduce shipping costs for the customer, the customer will be required to pay money to the shipping company within his country when the shipment arrives, because if the money is paid before the product is shipped, the shipping company will charge the customer a larger amount due to currency conversion costs.
  • Delivery of products may be delayed if your parcels are subject to special inspection by the customs department or agency in your country.
  • The customer cannot purchase the sharp swords as shipping companies refuse to transport this type of product.
  • The store bears full responsibility for delivering the product in its original condition, undamaged, to the shipping company. If any damage is caused by the shipping company, the responsibility lies with them. The customer must inspect the product and ensure it is free from any damage at the shipping company's premises before leaving, or before the delivery person leaves. If the product is found to be damaged, it must be returned immediately, and a report must be filed with the shipping company at their headquarters to address the problem. If the shipping company refuses to address the issue, we must be notified so that we can take the necessary action.
  • The buyer is responsible for shipping and delivery fees if they do not receive the shipment within the time specified by the shipping company after being contacted at the address registered in the online store (email or mobile number). When the shipment is returned by the shipping company, the shipment price will be refunded minus the shipping and delivery fees imposed by the shipping company. To avoid these fees, please ensure that you enter the correct address, phone number, and email address for communication and availability at the estimated delivery time from the company. To avoid these problems, please enter the information in the following format:

  • In some cases, the customs administration in the client’s country requires the issuance of licenses and documents for customs auditing. The client must comply with these requirements and submit them to the shipping company on time. The client bears the consequences of any delay (storage costs on customs land) or failure to submit these requirements to the shipping company.
  • In some cases, shipments are denied entry to the destination country by customs due to issues related to the customer, their religion, location, criminal record, or reasons specific to their country's customs. DICE is not responsible and will not provide any compensation in such cases.
  • Please note that after DICE delivers the shipment to the delivery company, the matter is entirely between the customer and the delivery company, and DICE has no procedures that it can take to assist with international procedures. Whether or not the shipment is accepted into a country depends on the customer and the customs of the target country, and DICE is not responsible and will not provide any financial compensation in the event that the shipment does not enter the target country.
