Local Shipping and Delivery Policy:


  • Order processing time ranges from 1-2 working days.
  • The order shipping and delivery period ranges between 7-14 working days within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • The delivery period may reach 30 working days (if the product is not in the pre-order stage). After that, the customer has the right to request to cancel the order and get the full amount back, provided that the delay is not due to the customer entering the wrong address or the customer not receiving the order from the representative.
  • However, if the order is under the “pre-booking” or “pre-order” system, the delivery period may reach 120 working days.
  • In case of non-receipt from the customer, the value will be taken for return with delivery (the value of shipping twice)
  • If the customer receives the product but wants to return it for personal reasons, the customer will only bear the return shipping cost.
  • If you are in some areas or villages, the shipping company may ask you to arrive at a point to receive orders.

International Shipping and Delivery Policy:

At DICE, we offer three methods for international shipping:


The first method ( for Kuwait and Bahrain only ):

The order is shipped with our store’s representative (the option is available on the order page before the payment process). This method has the following advantages:

  1. Very low international shipping costs
  2. The customer can purchase any product he wants (including sharp swords).
  3. The store is responsible for providing all necessary licenses and documents on our behalf, on behalf of the customer.
  4. We guarantee that the product will arrive, as shipping is provided by our store, not by an external shipping company. If the product does not arrive, we will refund all costs incurred.


The second method:

The customer receives his order himself from within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Dammam or ships it to the region within Saudi Arabia) and enters the product personally. This method has two advantages:

  1. There are no international shipping costs.
  2. The customer can purchase any product he wants (including sharp swords).


The third method:

It is shipping the order from within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the customer’s country.


  • Order processing time ranges from 1-4 working days.
  • The order shipping and delivery period ranges from 7 to 30 working days depending on the customer’s country.
  • Shipments sent outside the Kingdom are subject to import duties, value-added tax, taxes, and customs clearance fees in the target country.
  • To reduce shipping costs for the customer, the customer will be asked to pay a sum of money to the shipping company within his country upon the shipment's arrival. This is because if the sums are paid before the product is shipped, the shipping company will charge the customer a larger sum due to currency conversion costs.
  • Product delivery may be delayed if your packages are subject to special inspection by your country's customs administration or agency.
  • The customer cannot purchase sharp swords, as shipping companies refuse to transport this type of product.
  • The store bears full responsibility for delivering the product in its original condition without any damage to the intermediary shipping company. In the event of any damage caused by the shipping company, the responsibility falls on it. The customer must inspect the product and ensure that it is free of any damage at the shipping company’s headquarters before leaving the headquarters or before the delivery representative leaves. In the event of any damage to the product, he must return it to it immediately and submit a report to the shipping company at its headquarters to address the problem it caused. In the event of its refusal, we will be notified to take the necessary action on our part.
  • The buyer bears the shipping and delivery fees if he does not receive the shipment on time specified by the shipping company after contacting him at the address registered in the online store (email or mobile number), and when the shipment returns from the shipping company, the value of the shipment will be refunded less the shipping and delivery fees imposed by the shipping company. To avoid these fees, please make sure to enter the correct address, number and correct email for communication and to be present at the estimated time of receipt from the company.   • In some cases, the customs administration in the customer's country requires the issuance of licenses and documents for customs audit. The customer must comply with these requirements and submit them to the shipping company on time. The customer bears the consequences of any delay (storage costs on customs territory) or failure to submit these requirements to the shipping company.
  • In some cases, shipments are prohibited from entering the targeted country by customs due to matters related to the customer, his religion, his location, his criminal record, or reasons specific to his country’s customs. The DICE store is not responsible and will not provide any compensation for these cases.
  • Please note that after DICE delivers the shipment to the courier, the entire transaction is between the customer and the courier. DICE has no authority to assist with international procedures. Whether or not a shipment is accepted into a country depends on the customer and the destination country's customs. DICE is not responsible and will not provide any financial compensation if the shipment is not accepted into the destination country.

  • During holidays or occasions, shipping companies will stop or delay delivery in some cases, and your order will not be delivered until the company's working days after the occasion or holiday.
