Exchange, return, and order cancellation policy:
- The customer has the right to return and exchange the product provided to him from the DICE store in the event of a wrong product arriving or in the event of a defect or defect in the product from the manufacturer or as a result of damage incurred during the delivery process.
- The customer has the right to request a return within 24 hours only from the date of receipt of the order
- The customer has the right to request a replacement within 24 hours only from the date of receipt of the order
- Terms of return and exchange:
- All returned items must be in the same condition, unopened or used, with original labels and packaging.
- The customer does not have the right to return or exchange if the product was manufactured at the consumer’s request or according to specifications specified by him or was requested specifically for the customer. This excludes products that have a defect or that violate the specifications specified by the consumer.
- Products damaged due to misuse are not accepted for return, and DICE Store has the right to approve or refuse to accept the return of products that do not meet the above-mentioned criteria.
- If the exchange or return request is accepted, the DICE Store will not bear the shipping costs and the cost will be on the customer.
Policy for canceling orders or modifying the order:
The customer can cancel the order or modify the order if it is not delivered to the shipping company. However, if the product is provided specifically to the customer, the customer cannot cancel or modify the order.
