Advance booking policy:
- Pre-order service is a service that enables the customer to reserve his product before it arrives at our warehouses.
- You will find a mark on the products that are currently open for pre-order " Pre-order ".
- Delivery time:
If the first batch is less than two months , the delivery period may extend to 4 months due to shipping and customs problems.
If it is batch 2: from 2 to 4 months , the delivery period may extend to 6 months due to shipping and customs problems.
- The customer has the right to cancel or modify the order at any time before it is delivered to the shipping company.
- If the order contains products in the pre-order stage and products ready to ship, we will wait until the reserved products arrive and ship them in one order (to avoid problems with multiple orders)
Pre-order Policy:
- The pre-order service is a service that enables the customer to order his product from one of the products that we can provide to him in the “Pre-order Service” section.
- The customer is not entitled to return or exchange because this product was ordered specifically for the customer, with the exception of products that have a defect or that do not meet the specifications specified by the customer.
- Delivery period: from 2 to 4 months. Delivery period may extend to 6 months due to shipping and customs problems.
